Enhancing the value of sustainability information

Sustainability reporting is an increasingly important source of information on “non financial” performance for both management and external stakeholders, whether as a separate report, web-based report or integrated into the annual report. Report assurance can cover verification of specified data through to full report assurance and adds value externally as well as internally, helping to ensure that strategic management decisions are based on reliable data. External stakeholders such as customers, business partners, government, (future) employees and NGOs seek trustworthy information on sustainability performance in a range of areas, from carbon emissions to community engagement.

The ERM CVS Sustainability Report Assurance service is designed to add value by helping to enhance the reporting processes and the reliability of the data, and adding credibility to publically available information.

To this end we provide an independent and external assurance service which, where appropriate, can be combined with other ERM CVS services such as GHG verification and ISO 14001 certification.
